At the time of printing List Rd., Via Marila, and Laurian Lane did not exist. List Rd. would be cut straight thru the Florence Barby property and Via Marila would be on the boundary separating her property from O. N. Tevander's property. Laurian Lane would come to be on the south side of the Tevander property where an ally is indicated on this sheet
Several lots have pencilled in prices
And some of the pencilled in names are familiar Palm Beach names

1933 Aerial View
1933 Aerial view of Pierre Barbey's estate clearly shows water up to the seawall. AND, a ledge can be seen on the right, created by a storm with a north or south flow that probably would have taken out part of the house had the seawall not been there
1935 High Water Line
While Brockway shows the high tide line east of the bulkhead the 1933 image in the previous frame shows the water had come in much further
